How does tiles compare to other flooring options?
There are many benefits to installing tile. Ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles that have been properly sealed have a much longer life cycle and are much easier to clean and maintain over time than many other flooring options.
Do you offer tile installation service?
No, but your The Tiles House store will be happy to refer you to a list of independent contractors and local trade professionals who can assist you with your tile and stone installation. However, The Tile Shop does not guarantee these installations or the accuracy of any information provided by the installers and accepts no responsibility for the quality or timeliness of the installation or any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided. In no event may The Tile Shop be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages for any installation or information concerning installation.
What is your delivery policy?
The buyer must arrange labor to take delivery and the goods must be signed for. Failure to do this gives the company the right to charge all costs incurred.
Due to health and safety and insurance requirements goods can only be delivered to a kerbside or nearest accessible point. Goods cannot be transported over loose, uneven, or steep surfaces, nor can they be taken up steps or lifts nor can they be transported into a property.
What is your return policy?
We work with manufacturers who have highly specialized quality control measures that ensure the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case you receive a damaged product (damage as defined above), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement.
A refund will be issued for full boxes of current tile returned in good box condition within ten (10) days of the date product was received.
Sealed liquid products and setting materials may be returned within ten (10) days of the date the product was received.
No returns are allowed on discontinued or special-order items
Once the product is installed, it may not be returned under any circumstances. It is important that you understand that once the product is installed, you are accepting the product without recourse.
Delivery/freight is nonrefundable.
Payment options
Currently we offer only Cash on Delivery / Direct Bank Transfer as a mode of payment.
For purchase order, payment should be made in advance either in the form of cash or bank transfer. In case of cash payment, our executive will reach out to you for the collection of payment.
Do you offer any financing options?
No, we don’t offer any financing options currently.
When will I receive samples?
After placing the order, our executive will call you to know the most comfortable time for you to see the samples. Depending on your availability and sample availability, samples will be delivered to you.
Are samples free?
Yes, samples are free. However, we charge a shipping charge of INR 499 for up to 5 samples. We will carry the tiles to your address, display it to you, and take it back.
Does shipping charges include unloading?
No, shipping charges won’t include unloading. For unloading service, please talk to the customer care representative.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary based on your location and order size. Our team will inform you of the exact delivery cost once you share your delivery address.
Can I return or exchange the tiles after purchase?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the tiles have been dispatched. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming.
What if I receive broken or damaged tiles?
Please inspect the tiles thoroughly at the time of delivery. If there are any damages or breakages, notify the delivery personnel immediately and record a video as proof. Claims made after delivery acceptance may not be considered.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Delivery timelines depend on your location and product availability. Once your order is confirmed, our team will share the estimated delivery date with you.
Do you offer installation services?
Currently, we do not offer tile installation services. However, we’re happy to provide guidance or recommend installers in selected cities.
