Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or altered under any circumstances.
· This includes changes related to design, quantity, site requirements, or personal preferences post dispatch.
· Due to the nature of tile logistics - including specialized packaging, space management in vehicles, and transit preparations - any post-dispatch cancellations are operationally unfeasible.
· We strongly advise all customers to double-check product selection, measurements, quantity, finish, and shade before placing the order.
Return Policy
We currently do not accept returns under any circumstances once the product has been delivered and accepted at the delivery site.
This is due to the following factors:
· Tiles are fragile goods and prone to damage during return transit.
· Handling, restocking, and rechecking fragile items significantly compromise product quality and consistency.
· Color, texture, and finish may vary slightly across batches due to manufacturing processes - such variations will not qualify for a return.
· Change of mind, excess quantity ordered, or aesthetic preferences are not grounds for return.
Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or grievances will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
